Great start/alt char. When auction finishes he can directly go for interceptor (interceptor skill not included). After evasive maneuvring finishes i will train him in small projectile guns until auction is over. All Learning Skills (except charisma) are at 5, all advanced Learning skills are at 4.
And sure, I will pay the transfer fee.

It safes you 2 month learning these skills, and a lot more because u learn faster.
